This workshop focuses on the foundational skills needed to identify potential customers and delve into their specific needs. We use AI powered automation tools to find the right customers and discover their needs with the SOLO Model.

- Discover how to identify potential customers by using AI tools to create customer Personas.
- Learn the four pillars of the SOLO Model. A tool to use during discovery meetings to uncover customer needs. Learn examples to ask powerful questions to understand the customer's Situation, Outcomes, Limitations, and Options.
🚀 PRACTICE
- You'll use a GenAI tool (like Gemini or ChatGPT) to generate customer personas, based on data, not gutfeeling.
- You will then generate a list of discovery questions tailored to your scenario (eg. upcoming customer meeting), based on the SOLO framework.

- Leave with a concrete Action Plan detailing your next steps and deadlines for immediate application.

This workshop is all about using what you've learned in the discovery phase to build sales narratives that resonate with your audience and lead successful sales meetings. You will be introduced to the Why, What, Wow! model and the SHARP model.

- Discover how to deliver your commercial story with the SHARP model (Story, Humour, Analogy, References & Pictures).

This workshop equips you with the skills to lead your sales meeting and finalize sales by confidently handling objections with ease. You will be introduced to the OPC model to lead your meetings like a boss and master the UFO model to handle objections.

- Generate your UFO model for most common objections in your industry, using your GenAI tool of choice.
